YOU OUR

SUNFLOWER THAICURRY

You need:

  • 250 grams of rice

  • 76 g sunflowerHACK

  • Spice mix sunflowerCURRY

  • 1 can of coconut milk (400 ml)

  • 1 jar of chickpeas (approx. 200 g)

  • 400ml of water

  • coriander

  • 1 carrot

  • 1 zucchini

  • 1 pepper

  • 1 handful sugar snap peas

  • juice of 1/2 lime

  • olive oil

 

That is how it goes:

  1. Cut fresh ingredients and fry in a pan with frying oil. At the same time put on the rice.

  2. Add 400 ml coconut milk, 400 ml water, spice mixture, chickpeas and sunflower mince to the vegetables. Stir – simmer for 5 minutes, season with lime juice, salt and pepper, done.

  3. Enjoy your meal!
