HOW TO SUCCESS
YOU OUR
SUNFLOWER THAICURRY
You need:

250 grams of rice
-
76 g sunflowerHACK
-
Spice mix sunflowerCURRY
-
1 can of coconut milk (400 ml)
-
1 jar of chickpeas (approx. 200 g)
-
400ml of water
-
coriander
-
1 carrot
-
1 zucchini
-
1 pepper
-
1 handful sugar snap peas
-
juice of 1/2 lime
-
olive oil
That is how it goes:

Cut fresh ingredients and fry in a pan with frying oil. At the same time put on the rice.

Add 400 ml coconut milk, 400 ml water, spice mixture, chickpeas and sunflower mince to the vegetables. Stir – simmer for 5 minutes, season with lime juice, salt and pepper, done.
